The stars of Kingsport Speedway are ready to write next chapter in the book of, “The Concrete Jungle.”
The month of June starts with a bang as drivers prepare for another round of battle at, “The Concrete Jungle.”
This Friday night is Whelen Night at the Races.
Friday’s race will feature races in the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Modified 4 division. LMSC, Pure 4, Mod Street, and the Pure Street class are also on the schedule. Twin LMSC races highlight the schedule of events for Friday.
“This has been one of the best starts to a season we have had,” said Karen Tunnell, Kingsport Speedway general manager. “The crowds have really come out to show their support and we love it!”
Whelen Night at the Races is scheduled for Friday, June 1. Grandstands will open at 5 p.m. and racing will begin at 8 p.m.
The Kingsport Speedway Little Racers Club will be located at the Speedway office on A-Side with fun activities.
Adult admission is $10 and children 12-and-under are admitted free. Tier parking along Turns 3 and 4 is available for $10 per vehicle plus admission.
