World Wide Technology Raceway to host watch party for NASCAR Busch Light Clash on Sunday, February 4

World Wide Technology Raceway

World Wide Technology Raceway will host a watch party for the NASCAR Busch Light Clash on Sunday, February 4, at Zapata’s Restaurant & Cantina, in Collinsville, Illinois, from 5-9 p.m. Fans are invited to watch the NASCAR Busch Light Clash with friends, enjoy drink specials and participate in ticket giveaways. Zapata’s is located at 8 Eastport Plaza Drive in Collinsville, just 14 minutes from the speedway. Parking is free.

The 2024 season kickoff race is taking place at the iconic Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, site of the 1932 Olympics. Harkening back to the sport’s roots, a special quarter-mile oval track has been constructed inside the stadium. The length of the track ensures constant action during the 150-lap race. At the inaugural Coliseum event in 2023, Martin Truex Jr. held off Austin Dillon and Kyle Busch to take the win. Twenty-two cars finished on the lead lap.

The NASCAR Cup Series returns to WWTR on Sunday, June 2, for the third annual Enjoy Illinois 300. The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Toyota 200 will kick off the race weekend on Saturday, June 1. Tickets are on sale now and may be purchased by calling the speedway’s ticket office at (618) 215-8888 or online at www.wwtraceway.com.
