Robert Hight and the Flav-R-Pac / Cornwell Tools / AAA Chevrolet Camaro SS team enter the Circle K NHRA Four-Wide Nationals at zMAX Dragway sitting fifth in the NHRA Camping World Series points standings. The three-time world championship team is approaching the upcoming weekend with a determined mindset.

Hight has won more often at zMAX Dragway than any other track, raising the Wally six times overall, twice in the Four-Wide Nationals (2012, 2014) and four times in the Carolina Nationals (2009, 2013, 2017, 2019). He’s started the Four-Wide from the No. 1 qualifying position three times (2010, 2012 and 2019) and last year, he just missed adding a third four-wide title when he lost in the final quad to teammate John Force.

“Our Flav-R-Pac team has had a couple of tough races lately. I’m looking forward to going back to zMAX, the Bellagio, for the Four-Wide this week,” Hight said. “Charlotte is one of those tracks that we seem to have figured out and do well at. We’ve won here a few times and finished runner-up to John last season. We tested in Vegas last week and Jimmy Prock and the guys are ready to bring home our second Wally of the season.”

After having consecutive first-round losses for the first time in two years, Hight and crew chief Jimmy Prock are looking to rebound. They enter the Four-Wide Nationals in fifth place in points thanks to a win last month at the final race at Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park just outside Phoenix.

The Circle K NHRA Four-Wide Nationals at zMAX Dragway starts with qualifying Friday at 4:45 and 7:45 p.m. and Saturday at noon and 4:35 p.m. Sunday eliminations are slated to begin at noon. Television coverage of the event begins with qualifying shows Friday at 7:00 p.m. and Saturday at 12:00 p.m. ET on FOX Sports 1 (FS1). Eliminations will begin on FS1 Sunday at 6:00 p.m. ET.
