No stranger to success at the one-mile tri-oval, Burton has made two NASCAR Xfinity Series starts with one top five and two top-10 finishes on his resume. Burton has completed 406 of his attempted 406 laps, with an average start of 4.0 and an average finish of 4.0.
· Las Vegas Recap: The NASCAR Xfinity Series kicked off their west coast swing last weekend in Las Vegas. After starting 22nd on Saturday, Burton worked his way into the top 10 by the end of the second stage and was running in fifth when contact from another competitor caused Burton to spin, bringing out the caution on lap 174. Burton recovered from the contact and went on to finish ninth, earning his third top-10 finish of the 2021 season.
· Let’s Get Started: Burton and his DEX Imaging team will start seventh on Saturday afternoon in Phoenix.
· Point Standings: Following the first four races of the 2021 season, Burton and his DEX Imaging team currently sit eighth in the driver points standings, 71 points out of first place heading into the weekend.
