Spencer Boyd and his Grunt Style Chevrolet Camaro Team will head to the The Hawkeye State, Iowa, for racing action this weekend. With the Monster Energy Cup Series off this weekend, the Xfinity Series will be the main event on Sunday. This will be Boyd’s second time competing at the 7/8-mile oval of Iowa. “It’s always exciting when you can go back to a track for the second time,” says Boyd. “In 2016 I made my first career Xfinity Series start here with Rick Ware, so this place will always hold a special place in my heart. The runs we have been able to put together as a team lately have everyone in the shop feeling confident, which is what you want heading into a race weekend. We’re going to be racing on Father’s Day this Sunday, so I really want to go out there and get a great finish for my dad.”
Sponsor Highlights:
The team would like to welcome back on board associate sponsors this weekend; RV General Store and Kickass Beef Jerky. In addition, the team would like to welcome new associate sponsor, QVR Safe.com.
