Get Ready Alabama! HESCO BONEFROG Invades Talladega Superspeedway this Saturday

This Saturday, March 24, the HESCO BONEFROG – an Obstacle Course Race (OCR) owned and operated by U.S. Navy SEALs – will once again invade Talladega Superspeedway, and there’s still time for families to be a part of the competition.

The HESCO BONEFROG, a one-of-a-kind experience that will be held in Talladega’s iconic infield as well as around the outside property of the track, is back for the second consecutive year. The event will consist of three race distances as well as an endurance race, each testing one’s mental and physical strength. Youngsters can join in on the fun as well and tackle the kid’s race.

For more information on registration and pricing options to be a participant, please visit HESCO BONEFROG’s website, and Facebook page

Participants and spectators alike can make a weekend out of the event by choosing to stay in Talladega’s infamous infield. Premium camping spots (full hookup) are $100 and primitive camping spots (no power, water or sewer hookups) are $40. Both options can be reserved by calling 855-518-RACE (7223) or logging on to (also available for purchase upon arrival). Campers can begin to enter this Friday at 5:00 p.m. CDT and are welcome to stay through 11:00 a.m. CDT on Sunday. Saturday event day parking will be on-site as well for just $10.

Spectators are welcome, and admission is FREE. Sports vendors, music, beer, food and refreshments will be available throughout the day’s event. A portion of the event’s proceeds will be donated to the Navy SEAL Foundation providing immediate and ongoing support and assistance to the NAVAL Special Warfare community and their families.
