SS Greenlight Racing will bring chassis 704 to Auto Club Speedway this weekend. Spencer Boyd ran this chassis previously at both Atlanta Motor Speedway (finished 29th) and Las Vegas Motor Speedway (finished 36th).
News and notes: Spencer Boyd will head back out West for the final stop on the “NASCAR Goes West” tour. After a mechanical failure in Las Vegas and a decent run in Phoenix, Boyd is really focused on leaving California with a great showing. “I’m really excited to get out to California,” says Boyd. “There are so many different lines to run and drivers just talk about how fun it is to race there. I can’t wait to strap into my Grunt Style chevy and see what we can do.”
TV/Radio: The California 300 from Auto Club Speedway can be seen live on Saturday, March 17th on FS1. Race coverage will begin at 5:00 p.m. EST, and the event can also be heard live on MRN Radio as well as SiriusXM Radio, channel 90.
