  • BELL AT KANSAS: Christopher Bell heads to Kansas Speedway having earned back-to-back pole starting positions and top 10 finishes at the 1.5-mile speedway in his last two starts. Overall, in his nine career NASCAR Cup Series starts at Kansas Speedway, Bell has earned three poles, two top five and six top-10 finishes.  
  • NO PLACE LIKE KANSAS: Bell earned his first career NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) victory at Kansas Speedway in 2017. The win came in just his fifth start in the series and makes Kansas a special track for Bell.
  • HONORING CANCER HEROES: Bell has the honor of Michele Broadley and John Zaagsma riding along with him this weekend at Kansas through the Martin Truex Jr. Foundations “Honor a Cancer Hero” fundraiser with The NASCAR Foundation.
  • BRISTOL RECAP: Bell qualified sixth and finished fifth Saturday night at Bristol Motor Speedway. The handling was tight throughout the race but the team made adjustments to help free up the No. 20 for Bell and lock them into the next round of the playoffs.
  • RHEEM GUESTS AT KANSAS: Rheem is hosting over 110 guests this weekend in Kansas. Guests are on site from HTPG, Rheem MEA and Rheem Canada, Water Heating Division, guests from Mack McClain, along with guests from Ferguson and Air Care Heating and Cooling.
  • JGR AT KANSAS: In 127 combined starts at Kansas Speedway, JGR has earned eight NCS victories, 38 top-five finishes, 60 top-10s and 1,686 laps led.  The championship-winning organization has won five pole awards with an average start of 12.1 and an average finish of 14.8. 
  • RACE INFO: The Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway begins at 3:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, Sept. 29, 2024. The race will be broadcast live on USA, Sirius XM 90, and MRN Radio.

Christopher Bell: “The thing that stands out about Kansas is the restarts, the track is so wide, and on top of the track being wide you have the apron that adds real estate where you can get four or five wide pretty easily down the front stretch. Then all of a sudden you get to the corner and don’t have the grip to be four or five wide, so the restarts are always crazy there and there’s a lot to be gained and there’s a lot to be lost. The reward is really high to be aggressive on restarts.”
