- Connor Zilisch (No. 28 Silver Hare Development/Chevrolet Performance Chevrolet) scored his fourth ARCA Menards Series win of 2024 in Friday’s Henry Ford Health 200 at Michigan International Speedway. Zilisch took the lead from Tanner Gray (No. 18 A Place of Hope Toyota) on the restart following the second and final caution of the race and led the final 22 laps en route to the victory.
- Zilisch has won all four ARCA Menards Series races he has started in 2024. Three of his victories – Dover Motor Speedway, Iowa Speedway, and Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park – were combination races with the ARCA Menards Series East. Zilisch leads the East standings by 22 points over Joe Gibbs Racing’s William Sawalich headed into the next series race at The Milwaukee Mile on Sunday, August 25.
- Andres Perez (No. 2 Max Siegel Inc. Chevrolet) finished second for the third time in 2024. Perez, who also started from the General Tire Pole, also finished second at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park and Salem Speedway. He has 17 career top-five finishes in 33 career ARCA Menards Series starts.
- Perez opened his lead in the ARCA Menards Series championship standings to 59 points over his Rev Racing teammate Lavar Scott (No. 6 Max Siegel Inc. Chevrolet). Scott finished 15th, 11 laps behind, after a right front tire issue brought him to pit road early in the race.
- Gray, who won his most recent ARCA Menards Series start at Charlotte Motor Speedway, finished third after leading a race-high 55 laps.
- Talladega Superspeedway winner Jake Finch (No. 20 Phoenix Toyota) finished fourth, his third top-five finish in four starts in 2024.
- Kris Wright (No. 15 FNB Corporation Toyota) finished fifth, his third top-five finish in the last five races.
- Greg Van Alst (No. 35 CB Fabricating/Top Choice Fence Ford) finished sixth, his second consecutive top-ten finish and fifth in his last six starts.
- Jason Kitzmiller (No. 97 A.L.L. Construction Chevrolet) finished seventh, his third top-ten finish in four starts in 2024.
- Toni Breidinger (No. 25 Sunoco Toyota) finished eighth, the final car on the lead lap. It was her second consecutive top-ten finish and seventh in 12 starts in 2024.
- Christian Rose (No. 32 West Virginia Department of Tourism Ford) finished ninth, two laps behind the winner. Rose has three consecutive top-ten finishes and four in his last five starts.
- Amber Balcaen (No. 22 ICON Direct Toyota) finished tenth, her first top-ten finish since she finished tenth at Berlin Raceway four races ago.
- There were just two cautions, both scheduled cautions, for 13 laps. Zilisch’s winning average speed was 149.440 miles per hour. He finished 0.701 seconds ahead of runner-up Andres Perez.
- The next race for the ARCA Menards Series is the Springfield ARCA 100 at the Illinois State Fairgrounds on Sunday, August 18. The race will be televised live on FS1 and streamed on FloRacing starting at 2 pm ET/1 pm CT.
