- SAWALICH AT PHOENIX: Last time William Sawalich raced at Phoenix Raceway in November 2023, he earned his first win at the track after starting from the pole and leading 93 out of the 100 laps in the race. In his ARCA Menards Series (AMS) debut last spring, Sawalich grabbed his first career AMS pole award and had an impressive debut race leading 94 laps. Sawalich was spun on the last restart resulting in a 13th-place finish.
- 2023 ARCA EAST CHAMPION: Sawalich claimed the 2023 ARCA Menards Series East (AMSE) championship at Bristol Motor Speedway. He ended the AMSE season with four wins and finished in the top-five in all eight races on the AMSE schedule. He became the second AMSE champion for Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) and the first Minnesotan to win the series championship.
- JGR AT PHOENIX: Joe Gibbs Racing has three AMS wins at Phoenix including a championship-winning performance from Ty Gibbs in 2021.

- RACE INFO: The AMS General Tire 150 at Phoenix will take place at 8:00 PM ET on Friday, March 8. Coverage of the race will be on FOX Sports 1 and MRN Radio.
