- The NAPA Auto Parts ARCA 150 is set to be the eighth of 12 races for the ARCA Menards Series West in 2023. It will be the 61st time the ARCA Menards Series West has raced at Evergreen Speedway.
- Landen Lewis enters the NAPA Auto Parts ARCA 150 with a seven-point lead in the ARCA Menards Series West championship standings over Sean Hingorani in second. Trevor Huddleston, who won at Evergreen in 2019, is third just 21 points out of the lead.
- Tanner Reif is the defending winner of the NAPA Auto Parts ARCA 150. Reif won last year driving for now-retired team owner Bob Bruncati; he has transitioned into the Bill McAnally Racing team in 2023.
