After a very successful debut that landed him a 12th place finish at Phoenix Raceway, newcomer, Robby Lyons will return to the Premium Motorsports, No.49 Chevy Silverado at Homestead-Miami Speedway for the final NASCAR Camping World Series race, the ‘Ford EcoBoost 200’. Sunwest Construction and Barstool 49ers have also agreed to come back and continue to sponsor Lyons as he makes his second start of his NASCAR career!
“Last weekend was something I dreamed of doing since I was 5 years old and this week will be even better because I’ll get to race in my hometown. I consider Homestead my ‘home-track’ since its closest to Clearwater FL where I grew up. It’s going to be special to have all my family and friends there to support me too. That’s one of the coolest things that happened when I got home, I realized just how many of them were absolutely ecstatic to not only to see my name on their TV, but to watch me finish my first race with a 12th place finish! It was beyond my wildest dreams and I don’t think there’s any reason why we couldn’t do that again this weekend in Homestead. I’m really looking forward to working with Brian (Keselowski) again. I admire his ability to take a calculated risk and that’s how we’ll win races. I think I’ll have a really good shot!” – Robby Lyons
