- Tyler Reif (No. 13 Central Coast Cabinets Toyota) scored his second consecutive ARCA Menards Series West victory in Saturday night’s NAPA Auto Care 150 at Tri-City Raceway in West Richland, Washington. It was the first ARCA Menards Series West race at the unique triangular-shaped oval in 21 years. Reif’s previous wins came at the season opener at Phoenix Raceway in 2023, a combination race with the ARCA Menards Series, and the last West race at Shasta Speedway.
- Central Coast Racing scored its second consecutive win, and for the second consecutive race team owner Kelly Souza was not at the track to celebrate with the team in victory lane; she is still recovering from hand surgery and made the last minute decision to stay home. The team put two cars in the top five as Todd Souza (No. 3 Central Coast Cabinets Toyota) finished fourth.
- Sean Hingorani (No. 5 Fidelity Capital Toyota) started from the General Tire Pole and led a race-high 109 laps on his way to a runner-up finish, but still lost two points to Reif in the battle for the ARCA Menards Series West championship. Hingorani unofficially trails Reif by seven points headed into the next race at Madera Speedway on September 28.
- With his third-place finish Jack Wood (No. 16 NAPA Auto Parts Chevrolet) unofficially moved back to third in the ARCA Menards Series West championship standings, four points ahead of Trevor Huddleston (No. 50 High Point Racing/Racecar Factory Ford). Huddleston fought handling issues throughout the day and finished seventh.
- After a drought of 17 races without a top-five finish, Kyle Keller (No. 12 Setting the Stage/Argus Construction Ford) has scored two consecutive fifth-place finishes.
- Kasey Kleyn (No. 88 Farmer Bean & Seed/Thaemert Farms Ford) finished sixth in his ARCA Menards Series West debut; Jess Havens (No. 6 Western Rail Toyota) was eighth in a third Jerry Pitts Racing entry in his series debut.
- Greg Biffle (No. 23 Sigma Performance Services/GMS Fabrication Chevrolet) finished ninth in his first ARCA Menards Series West start since he finished fourth at Altamont in 1996. Biffle, the 1995 Late Model champion at Tri-City Raceway, raced as high as third in the first half of the race but a spin while battling with Jess Havens for sixth and handling issues over the course of the second half of the race hampered his chances for victory.
- Nick Joanides (No. 71 Jan’s Towing Ford) finished tenth, the only car one lap down at the finish.
- Takuma Koga (No. 7 Lobster/Koshi NoKangai/CKB Toyota) finished 11th in his 121st career ARCA Menards Series West start, breaking the record for the most series starts by a driver born outside of the United States of America. The previous record was 120 starts set by Canadian Daryl Harr.
- R.J. Tackman (No. 31 Max Buchanan Foundation Chevrolet) made the long drive from the ARCA Menards Series race at Elko Speedway to make his West debut at Tri-City Raceway; he finished 12th, two laps off the pace.
- Eric Johnson, Jr. (No. 19 Pacific Office Automation Chevrolet) finished 13th after a right front tie rod end failed, causing the right front tire to toe out nearly four inches.
- Danica Dart (No. 11 EBCO Construction/Evers Farms Chevrolet) matched her career best ARCA Menards Series West finish in 14th.
- David Smith (No. 05 Shockwave Marine Suspension Seating Chevrolet) finished 15th, completing 134 of the race’s 150 laps. All 15 starters were running at the finish.
- The next race for the ARCA Menards Series West is the West Coast Stock Car Motorsports Hall of Fame 150 in Saturday, September 28. The race will be streamed live on FloRacing starting at 11 pm ET/8 pm PT.
