  • BELL AT THE BRICKYARD: Christopher Bell finished 12th in his only NASCAR Cup Series start on the Indianapolis Motor Speedway oval in 2020. Stevens led Kyle Busch to back-to-back Brickyard victories in 2015 and 2016 and pole awards in 2016 and 2017. In six starts on the 2.5-mile oval layout, Stevens’ teams never started lower than ninth. Prior to his time in the Cup Series, Stevens led his Xfinity Series team to a Brickyard win in 2013 and pole awards in 2013 and 2014.

From the Cockpit:

Christopher Bell: “I think it’s very important that we race the oval at Indy and I’m excited that we are this year. Indy is a very unique racetrack, it’s going to be interesting to see how the race plays out, I think strategy will be a huge part of the race and qualifying on Saturday will be very important. On track passes are going to be tough and it’s going to be about race execution.”
