“Our No. 3 BetMGM Chevrolet team stuck with it all race long and fought hard in the heat today at Kansas Speedway. Our car was so finnicky today. We started the race too tight, but then got too loose. Every minor adjustment made big swings to the handling of our Chevy. It was frustrating at times, but I’m really proud of this team. We found something towards the end of the race that I think we can apply going forward. We have a direction to go in now, which is what we’ve been searching for. On to Darlington Raceway.”
