Starting times for both Las Vegas Motor Speedway NASCAR Cup Series races will mirror this past year’s events as NASCAR released starting times for all national series events Wednesday.
The March 5 Pennzoil 400 Presented by Jiffy Lube will begin at 12:30 Pacific Time, while the Oct. 15 South Point 400 will keep its 11:30 a.m. Pacific time slot.
The only change from 2022 scheduling for LVMS will be a 30-minute later start on the fall NASCAR Xfinity Series race. That event, the Alsco 250, will begin at 12:30 p.m. Pacific on Saturday, Oct. 14. The Alsco 300 Xfinity Series event on Saturday, March 4 will maintain its 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time start. The Victoria’s Voice 200 Presented by Westgate Resorts NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race will be run at 6 p.m. Pacific on Friday, March 3.
TV networks also were announced for national series events. Both LVMS NASCAR Cup Series races as well as the fall Xfinity Series race will be on national broadcast TV with FOX carrying the Pennzoil 400 and NBC televising the South Point 400 and Alsco 250. FS1 will air the Alsco 300 and Victoria’s Voice 250.
