6:30 a.m. — Parking lots open.
10 a.m. — Spectator gates, infield fan experience and midway open.
Noon — Recommended arrival time for best race day experience.
1 p.m. — NASCAR Speediatrics.
3:30 p.m. — On-track VIP ribbon-cutting ceremony prior to first NASCAR Cup Series practice.
4 p.m. – First NASCAR Cup Series practice session in the history of WWTR.
5 p.m. — NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Toyota 200 practice.
5:30 p.m. — NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Toyota 200 qualifying.
6:30 p.m. — Gateway Stanley’s Paw Party: Doggie meet-up for campers (free admission, infield grounds).
7 p.m. — NASCAR garages and infield fan experience closed.
7:30 p.m. — #CupTimeSTL Short Track Classic at Tri-City Speedway (Granite City, IL) featuring World of Outlaws Late Models, MOWA Winged Sprints.
Saturday, June 4
6:30 a.m. — Parking lots open.
7 a.m. — Spectator gates, infield fan experience and midway open.
8 a.m. — Recommended arrival time for best race day experience.
10 a.m. — NASCAR Cup Series qualifying.
12:30 p.m. — NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Toyota 200 (160 laps, 200 miles).
2:30 p.m. — WWTR Speed Freaks Live! On midway stage, featuring Cup Series pole winner and Truck Series race winner.
3:30 p.m. – Inaugural Party on Pit Road. Free to all Saturday ticketholders.
5 p.m. — Saturday Night iHeart Radio concert (artists TBA). Free to all Saturday ticketholders.
8 p.m. – Campers’ Twilight Bike Ride. Bring your bicycle and ride a specially-marked route around WWTR.
9 p.m. – Camper concert in Gateway National Campground.
Sunday, June 5
6:30 a.m. — Parking lots open.
7 a.m. — Spectator gates, Rumble Before the Roar, infield fan experience and midway open.
8:30 a.m. — Midway music stage open.
9:30 a.m. — Recommended arrival time for the maximum race day experience.
10:15 a.m. — WWTR Race Day Live! with Kenny Wallace. On the midway stage.
11:15 a.m. — Fan track walk. Concert stage access begins.
11:30 a.m. — Infield concerts begin.
1:15 p.m. — Headliner concert.
1:45 p.m. — Pre-race ceremonies.
2 p.m. — Driver introductions.
2:30 p.m. – Inaugural NASCAR Cup Series race (240 laps, 300 miles).
Post-race infield fan experience party featuring winner’s interview and fan celebration.
Post-race music on midway stage.
Post-race track walk and scavenger hunt. Free to all fans, starts 30 minutes after checkered flag.
