Dirt Draft Partners with Series, Offers Speedweeks and a Year Long Fantasy Champion

Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series

Dirt Draft, a fantasy racing contest that allows you to compete against hundreds of other fans across the country, has again partnered with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series in 2022. As the “Official Fantasy Sports Provider” of the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series, Dirt Draft makes it easy for fans to have fun playing dirt track fantasy games and win prizes, while offering a cash bonus to one driver at the year-end Series Championship banquet.

For race fans, the Georgia/Florida Speedweeks subscribers to Dirt Draft will have the opportunity to become the official Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series Fantasy Speedweek Champion. Beginning on Thursday, January 27th at Golden Isles Speedway, users can select five drivers for each event through the conclusion of Speedweeks at East Bay Raceway Park on Saturday, February 12th. The fourteen-race mini-series champion will be awarded a customized Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series Speedweeks trophy and the top 25 earn bonus points to the Dirt Draft Speed Shop.

For the season-long enthusiast, the opportunity to be crowned the 2022 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series Dirt Draft Fantasy Champion seems to be in the spotlight of ‘what to pay attention to’. Not only does this title come with bragging rights, but the fantasy champion will be invited to the series championship banquet in December to be recognized in front of and alongside some of the nation’s most elite teams and drivers.

For the drivers, have you ever heard someone say, “You can’t win Hot Laps? “, well now you can. In 2022, Dirt Draft will again be a contingency sponsor of the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series by sponsoring the Fastest Hot Lap Award. The driver with the most overall “fastest lap time in Hot Laps” at the conclusion of the season will be presented with a $500 check courtesy of Dirt Draft Fantasy Racing.

“We are happy to have Dirt Draft as a partner again in 2022. The race fans really enjoy playing the fantasy app and having the opportunity to win some prizes. In addition, series drivers get a chance to win a cash award at the year-end awards banquet by ‘winning Hot Laps’,” stated Wayne Castleberry, Marketing and Sales for Lucas Oil Motorsports.

About Dirt Draft: Dirt Draft entered the fantasy sports world as the first of its kind in July of 2019, covering grassroots short track racing events of all types. Since then, Dirt Draft has prided itself on working strategically with national series’, regional tours, racetracks, and drivers to enhance overall fan engagement across the nation. Fans pick drivers they believe will perform well, while staying at or under a salary cap. The lineup picked will compete against other users in the contests each fan joined. The team of drivers each fan picked will score based on their finish in the A-Main. If the picked driver does well, points are accumulated that can be redeemed in the Dirt Draft Speed Shop for merchandise, tickets, subscriptions, experiences, and much more!
