No. 20 DEWALT Toyota Camry News and Notes:

  • Nashville Superspeedway: The NASCAR Cup Series (NCS) heads to Nashville Superspeedway for the first time this Sunday.  The track formally hosted NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) and NASCAR Gander Outdoor Truck Series (NGOTS) races back in 2011.
  • Featured on the Car: No. 20 Toyota Camry will carry the DEWALT colors.
  • Tire Test: Bell was one of the drivers who participated in a Goodyear tire test at Nashville earlier this year.
  • All-Star Race Recap: Bell started third for his first NASCAR All-Star race at his home track of Texas Motor Speedway.  His No. 20 Toyota was loose and got sideways on lap two, but Bell kept the car from completely spinning out and in one piece.  The team worked on handling throughout six rounds and at the end of the 100-lap race crossed the finish line 11th.
  • RACE INFO: The Ally 400 at Nashville Superspeedway begins at 3:30 p.m. ET on Sunday, June 20, 2021. The race will be broadcast live on NBCSN, Sirius XM 90, and MRN Radio.

From the Cockpit:

Christopher Bell: “I’ve been looking forward to Nashville since they put it on the schedule. It’s a new venue for us so I’m looking forward to seeing who figures it out first. I have high hopes for running well.  We participated in the tire test so that extra track time was beneficial for us.”
