No. 20 CRAFTSMAN Toyota Camry News and Notes:
- Circuit of the Americas: The NASCAR Cup Series (NCS) heads to Austin, TX for the series debut at Circuit of the Americas (COTA), a3.426-mile road course made up of 20 turns.
- Road Course Winner: Bell is the most recent road course winner in the NCS series, claiming the victory on the Daytona Road Course in the second race of the 2021 season.
- Road Course History: Bell’s Daytona Road Course victory may have surprised a few people, but he has had some past success in the NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) making left and right turns. In 2019 he competed in four NXS road course events. Bell earned his first road course victory at Road America and finished second at both Watkins Glen and Mid-Ohio. He was on track for a top-five finish at the ROVAL until a penalty late in the race.
- Dover Recap: Bell started 11th and raced his way up to eighth by the competition caution. Following a pit stop for a minor adjustment the handling shifted to tight and remained that way despite multiple adjustments to loosen him up throughout the rest of the race, resulting in a 21st-place finish.
- Featured on the Car: The No. 20 Toyota Camry will carry the CRAFTSMAN colors this weekend in Austin.
- RACE INFO: The EchoPark Texas Grand Prix 400 at COTA begins at 2:30 p.m. ET on Sunday, May 23, 2021. The race will be broadcast live on FS1, Sirius XM 90, and PRN Radio.

Christopher Bell: “I’m pumped to get back to a road course after our win at Daytona. COTA is a world class facility and it’s great to be able to have a race at an amazing venue. It’s going to be a very interesting race since there are a lot of sections on the race track that open up great passing opportunities and will probably open up a lot of mayhem too, but I think it’s going to be a great show.”
