Myatt Snider, driver of the No. 21 TaxSlayer Chevrolet Camaro with Richard Childress Racing (RCR) and the No. 93 Louisiana Hot Sauce/Superior Essex Chevrolet Camaro with RSS Racing, is pleased to announce a full time campaign in the NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS), adding additional races to complete his 2020 schedule with both RCR and RSS Racing.

In expansion of his season, Snider will compete in the No. 93 at Homestead-Miami Speedway and Talladega Superspeedway before climbing back into the No. 21 at Pocono Raceway. In total, Snider will compete in the No. 93 with RSS Racing in all but three of the remaining events for 2020, racing in the No. 21 with RCR at Pocono, Martinsville Speedway and Phoenix Raceway.

“I’m so excited to go full time racing this year with great partners in TaxSlayer, Louisiana Hot Sauce and Superior Essex. We’re going to have great looking race cars all year,” Snider, the NXS rookie said.  “I think with the way we’ve been running, we will have a really good chance to make the playoffs in 2020. I’m really looking forward to getting the rest of the season going during the next couple of races. We’re going to slay it!”

Backing Snider as primary partners in the No. 93 RSS Racing Chevrolet are Louisiana Hot Sauce and Superior Essex Communications. The two companies join together in 2020 to continue their support of Snider, his growth within professional motorsports, and rise in the NASCAR ranks.

Brad Olsen, Southeastern Mills’ Vice President of Marketing said, “We are very excited to expand our relationship with Myatt Snider and look forward to seeing our Original Louisiana Hot Sauce brand run all season long. NASCAR, Myatt and his family are a great fit for Southeastern Mills, and truly mirror our values and culture. NASCAR provides an excellent means for us to reach and connect with our own consumers and provide exciting in-store sales, building opportunities for our retail partners.”

“All of us at Superior Essex are very excited and immensely proud to partner with Myatt Snider,” said Brian Ensign, Vice President of Marketing. “He is an ideal representative for our brand – both on and off the track – and he will undoubtedly help further our business-to-business goals. With a driver of Myatt’s caliber behind the wheel, we look forward to the rest of the season. We’re in good company alongside Louisiana Hot Sauce, a sponsor very complementary to our own focus in the sport, and to RSS Racing running this top-notch race team.”

Showcasing both speed and growth as a driver this season, Snider has already collected one pole, one top-five and two top-10 finishes, both top-10’s coming in the last three races.

Reflecting on Snider’s growth, RSS Racing Crew Chief Jeff Green said, “I’ve been fortunate enough to watch Myatt compete since he was in Legends cars at Charlotte with our family’s race team, driving for my brother Mark. So I’ve been around Myatt since he was 13 years old and have known his family for quite some time. To see him rise in racing, now to work with him and watch him continue to develop his skill, has been impressive. It’s been a pleasure to work with him so far this season, and I’m excited to see what we can accomplish this year.”

Echoing Green, Kevin Starland, Competition Director at RSS Racing, noted his excitement in working with Snider this year, and expanding to a full season saying “It’s been great to have Myatt in the car this year so far. He’s shown tremendous speed and what our RSS cars are capable of, so to expand to a full season with Louisiana Hot Sauce and Superior Essex Communications on board is fantastic. I feel confident we will be able to build on the performance we’ve showcased as a team this season, and look forward to running up front with Myatt.”

Snider and the No. 93 Louisiana Hot Sauce/Superior Essex Chevrolet Camaro team will be back in action at Homestead-Miami Speedway for this weekend’s double-header, the Hooters 250 Saturday, June 13, and NASCAR Xfinity Series 250 Sunday, June 14. Broadcast of Saturday’s event will air live on FOX starting at 3:30 pm ET, with Sunday’s event airing live on FOX Sports 1 (FS1) at 12 pm ET.
