NBC Sports

While most teams at the Roar Before the 24 this weekend at Daytona International Speedway are preparing for the Rolex 24 at the end of January, the IMSA Prototype Challenge takes to the iconic circuit to run their first race of the year on Saturday, Jan. 4.

There will be 18 LMP3 cars on the grid for the three-hour race, including defending class champions in the No. 47 Forty7 Motorsports Norma M30. Other top teams returning in 2020 include the No. 60 from Wulver Racing and the No. 75 from Performance Tech Motorsports.

The race starts at 12:15 p.m. and can be seen live in the United States on TrackPass on NBC Sports Gold and internationally on IMSA.tv. IMSA Radio will also provide live flag-to-flag coverage.

TrackPass on NBC Sports Gold is the new exclusive home for live streaming of IMSA Prototype Challenge and IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge races in the United States. It will also offer full live streaming of all IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship events. International viewers can watch these races the same way they did in 2019, as this product is only available in the United States.

Subscriptions to TrackPass on NBC Sports Gold – which does not require a cable television subscription – start at $2.99/month or $19.99/year for the IMSA-only package. A complete package that includes IMSA, AFT and “NASCAR Roots” (ARCA, Whelen Modified Tour, grassroots racing and select NASCAR practice and qualifying sessions) coverage is available for $4.99/month or $44.99/year.
