Swiss watchmaker Richard Mille will continue its long-standing partnership with Haas F1 Team into the 2020 FIA Formula One World Championship. Having first paired together in 2016 for Haas F1 Team’s inaugural season, the extension of the relationship through to a fifth Formula One campaign will continue to see the Richard Mille logo featured prominently across the team’s brand platforms, while drivers Romain Grosjean and Kevin Magnussen will sport Richard Mille timepieces on their wrists throughout the season.

“I’m delighted that Richard Mille will continue to partner with us in Formula One,” said Guenther Steiner, Team Principal of Haas F1 Team. “We share a passion for detail and innovation, and I think it was the belief in doing things a little differently that attracted them to us in the first place. Our attributes are very much aligned, and I’m pleased to see our partnership further maturing into the 2020 season. Richard Mille is recognized as both a pioneer and industry leader with a global brand presence. We take a great deal of pride in the fact that they see the value in extending our relationship as we race into our fifth season of Formula One competition.”

The partnership with Haas F1 Team continues to be a strategic one for Richard Mille, with America a key market for the company. The combination of technology and performance associated with each Richard Mille timepiece makes Formula One and Haas F1 Team perfect fits for the luxury brand.

“Richard Mille is very pleased to renew its partnership with Haas F1 Team for 2020 for a fifth collaborative season,” commented Tim Malachard, Marketing Director of Richard Mille. “We look forward to an exciting season with the renewal of both drivers, Romain Grosjean and Kevin Magnussen.”

The 2020 FIA Formula One World Championship is set to be the busiest ever in the history of the series with a record 22 races – commencing with the season-opening Australian Grand Prix March 15 in Melbourne.
