It’s a celebration at Talladega Superspeedway as track officials today announced that Fr8Auctions (Freight Auctions) has joined the track family once again and will serve as the sponsor of the new Fr8Auctions Celebration Plaza that will be located in the one-of-a-kind Talladega Garage Experience, set to debut this October.
Fans with a Talladega Garage Experience admission can enjoy a host of activities all weekend long in Fr8Auctions Celebration Plaza during the NASCAR Playoffs doubleheader (Oct. 11-13), featuring the 1000Bulbs.com 500 and the Sugarlands Shine 250.
Fr8Auctions Celebration Plaza will house the new, modern ‘old-school’ style winner’s circle where fans will have the chance to be a part of the victor’s celebration after each race from a reserved area at Gatorade Victory Lane. They will also be treated to many Fan Question/Answer sessions with NASCAR drivers and other personalities, as well as local entertainment that will be happening throughout race weekend on the Fr8Auctions Celebration Plaza stage (adjacent from Gatorade Victory Lane).

The Sugarlands Shine 250 for the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series will kick off the action-packed weekend on Saturday, Oct. 12 at 12:30 p.m. CDT. The weekend’s anchor event, the 1000Bulbs.com 500 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race, is scheduled for a 1 p.m. CDT start on Sunday, Oct. 13. Both will serve as key playoff events in each series.
