IN THE SPOTLIGHT: Brandon Jones and the No. 19 Mojo Outdoors iK9 team head to the “Lady in Black” for the Sport Clips Haircut VFW 200. The race is a classic on Labor Day Weekend and the egg-shaped oval will provide excitement for the much anticipated 147-lap race.
· THE “GRAY GHOST” IS BACK: Jones, Xtreme Concepts, iK9 and Mojo Outdoors will be honoring the Gentle Giant Buddy Baker’s iconic throwback paint scheme this weekend that his competitors appropriately called the “Gray Ghost”. The story is told that it was because it blended with the color on the racetrack and they couldn’t see him coming. This paint scheme was also picked for Dale Earnhardt Jr to run back in 2016, but Jeff Gordon ended up behind the wheel in the Southern 500. “I am honored to have the privilege to drive the historic “Gray Ghost” paint scheme this Labor Day weekend at Darlington Raceway,” stated Jones. “Very few cars get a nickname that becomes iconic, but this one has and Xtreme Concepts made this one happen for our 19 team.”

· JGR AT DARLINGTON RACEWAY: Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) has 55 total starts at Darlington Raceway in NXS competition earning 10 wins, 28 top-five finishes, 37 top-10 finishes and nine pole starting positions. The team has led 1,087 laps, completed 7,560 of 8,041 attempted laps (94.0%) and earned an average start of 12.4 and an average finish of 10.3.
