Kentucky Speedway and Big Ass Fans have launched an initiative to provide enhanced patron comfort during this year’s Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Quaker State 400 presented by Walmart race weekend July 11-13. Big Ass Fans will be the “Official Comfort Provider” at the track.
“We are constantly trying to elevate our guest experience at Kentucky Speedway and partnering with our Lexington, Kentucky neighbor, Big Ass Fans, to create a more pleasant outdoor experience throughout the facility is a perfect example of those efforts,” said Mark Simendinger, General Manager of Kentucky Speedway. “It’s common for outdoor venues to acknowledge that Mother Nature is the one element out of event management’s control; however, we are excited to be an innovation leader by tapping into the expertise of Big Ass Fans to find solutions to one of those Mother Nature elements…heat!”
In addition to the designation of being the “Official Comfort Provider” at Kentucky Speedway, Big Ass Fans will be prominent at the track’s VIP Check-In along with other key locations throughout the venue.
“We couldn’t be more excited and proud to serve our neighbors, friends and customers,” says Lennie Rhoades, Big Ass Fans CEO. “Kentucky Speedway has been known as one of the most unique stops on the circuit and this year, it’ll be the coolest stop.”
