If you live in the great state of Alabama, then you are just a short drive from cranking up those weekend plans and experiencing all that Talladega Superspeedway has to offer. With the greatest racing on the planet and countless opportunities throughout the entire race weekend, there is something for everyone at NASCAR’s biggest and baddest track.

Talladega Superspeedway is located just off of I-20 between Birmingham and Atlanta (GA). It is one of the best, quick, fun-family getaways that the Yellowhammer State has to offer. Aside from the world-class racing this weekend – featuring the GEICO 500 for the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, the NASCAR Xfinity Series’ MoneyLion 300 and General Tire 200 ARCA Menards Series race – Talladega offers an array of activities both on and off the track.

Kids 12 and younger receive FREE admission on Friday for the General Tire 200 (5 p.m. CDT) and Saturday for the MoneyLion 300 (noon CDT), while Sunday tickets for children start as low as $15, and special 2-Day packages for kids start as low as $10. The GEICO 500 is set to get the green flag on Sunday at 1 p.m. CDT.

The Kids VIP Experience presented by Children’s of Alabama offers incredible, one-of-a-kind opportunities that the entire family can enjoy. Families that purchase admission tickets, as well as the Pre-Race Pit Pass Upgrade for Sunday, are eligible to participate. Kids can choose how they want to utilize their VIP experience, whether it be taking a Pit Box Tour with a race team crew, a guided tour of the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Garage or fist bumping their favorite drivers at Driver Introductions.

Kicking off the weekend is the Friday night “Big One on the Blvd.” extravaganza. Scheduled for a 7 p.m. CDT start, the spectacle will showcase a host of NASCAR’s biggest stars atop a Mardi-Gras style float, parading down Talladega Blvd. Fans also become the stars and participate in four outlandish “fan challenges” – overseen by the NASCAR drivers and personalities at the Miller Lite Pavilion. The party continues on Saturday for the traditional Saturday Night Infield Concert with headliner Granger Smith featuring Earl Dibbles Jr., along with Chris Bandi and DJ Mark A.D. Admission to the concert is FREE to anyone with a Sunday GEICO 500 ticket and all infield guests.
