CorvetteParts.net | Martinsville II Race Advance

Martinsville Speedway, the half-mile paperclip-shaped oval in Ridgeway, Virginia, will be the site of the beginning of the third round of the NASCAR Playoffs. The track is the smallest on the NASCAR schedule and is known for being a place that tests driver’s both physically and mentally. Relatively long straightaways lead into flat, sharp corners, requiring heavy braking, making contact is not at all unusual at Martinsville Speedway. Fans can expect to see some tempers flared as the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series makes 500 laps around the short oval.

CorvetteParts.net Gets Into the Halloween Spirit

With Halloween just a week away, Tom and TJ Keen of CorvetteParts.net have gotten the No.32 Go Fas Racing team in the spooky spirit with their special scheme featuring Snoopy, Woodstock, and other Peanuts characters. Unveiled just a few weeks ago, this scheme is already a fan favorite and will be available for fans as a diecast early next season. To order this or other Halloween/Keen memorabilia, fans can go to CorvetteParts.net.
When talking about the “HallowKeen” CorvetteParts.net scheme, DiBenedetto said, “Tom and TJ always do a great job picking schemes that fans love. We’ve always done a different scheme for the fall Martinsville weekend, but this one really stands out. Everyone in the entire sport is pushing hard to continue making the younger generations fans of NASCAR, and the Keen’s have made something here that they’ll absolutely fall in love with. Everyone loves Snoopy and Woodstock, so hopefully the other drivers don’t rough us up too bad because we want to keep this CorvetteParts.net Ford clean and get a great result this weekend.”
DiBenedetto on racing at Martinsville Speedway:
“This has been a really good year for us getting the ‘monkey off our backs’ at a lot of the tracks that we’ve had bad luck at. I’ve always felt that we have been so close to great finishes at Martinsville, but we’ve gotten caught up in someone’s mess or had something weird get in the way. In the spring, Randy Cox brought me a really fast racecar and I’m sure he’ll do the same thing again this weekend. I’m going to focus on being patient through the first two stages and try to keep the nose clean so we can capitalize on the end of the race. A lot of cars will have damage so if we can manage our laps and car we will be in the right place to succeed at the end,” DiBenedetto said.
