Pocono Raceway is currently in the process of updating their Trackside RV Camping area and adding a new 50-Amp Camp location. These will be the first RV camping locations to include electricity, water, a larger camping area, complimentary daily ice services and complimentary sewage service. A limited quantity of these camping tickets are available for purchase for the 2018 Pocono 400, Gander Outdoors 400 and ABC Supply 500 race weekends.
Trackside RV Camping, a premium camping area located outside the track and between Turns 2 and 3, includes the aforementioned additions and completely renovated restroom and shower facilities. Those who purchase this camping ticket will also be provided four guest passes, four Pit/Paddock Passes, four Friday Grandstand tickets, four Saturday Grandstand tickets and a 20% discount on select Sunday Grandstand and Club tickets.
The brand-new 50-Amp Infield Camp area for RVs will be located directly behind the double-sided video boards near the exit of Turn 3 and at the start of pit road. Those who purchase this camping ticket will be provided two infield guest camping passes and two Pit/Paddock Passes. This will be the first infield location that includes electricity hook ups, which are completely powered by the sun thanks to Pocono Raceway’s 25-acre, three megawatt solar farm.
“We are excited to share these camping upgrades with our fans,” said Ben May, Pocono Raceway President. “Our camping attendance continues to increase year after year and, based on fan feedback and research, we felt this was the right time to make these updates and additions. Our renewal guests were given the first opportunity to purchase camping tickets in these locations and their reactions have been very positive. With only a few spots remaining in both the updated Trackside camping and new 50-Amp Infield camping locations, it will only be a matter of time before they are sold out.”

Pocono Raceway will host seven motorsports events in 2018, including two Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series races and the Verizon IndyCar Series. One NASCAR XFINITY Series, one Camping World Truck Series and two ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards races are also on the schedule for 2018.
