After a long wait, Matt Mills is ready to be back behind the wheel of a NASCAR Xfinity Series racecar this weekend at Atlanta Motor Speedway. Mills will be driving the No. 0 JD Motorsports with Gary Keller Chevrolet Camaro for Saturday’s Rinnai 250.
Mills will have JF Electric on board as an associate sponsor.
“I’m just really excited to be making my debut this weekend,” said Mills. “I was itching to get in the car at Daytona, but instead I just had to sit back and learn. This weekend’s main focus is to go out there, get seat time, gain respect from everyone, and take care of the equipment.”
The NASCAR Xfinity Series with practice is scheduled for 1:05 p.m. and 3:05 p.m. (ET) Friday. Qualifying will start at 9:10 a.m. on Saturday, and the Rinnai 250 will get the green flag at 2:00 p.m. (ET) on FS1.
